Rules of shipping the ordered goods
Deliveries are carried out within 1 working day of receipt of payment receipt. Goods are shipped on the territory of Poland by courier. Charges for packaging are included in the shipping costs. Shipping costs are subject to change due to the weight of the shipment or the quantity of goods ordered. We recommend that you purchase several products in one cart to avoid duplication of shipping costs. We cannot group two separate orders therefore shipping costs are added to each order separately.
Goods for shipment are properly packed and protected.
Please check when you receive the shipment to make sure that it has not been damaged in transit.
Order and shipment status
You can check the status of your order in real time:
- If you created an account during the order - check the status after logging in.
- If you did not create an account - check the status of your order without logging in (by entering your order number and your e-mail)
